Welcome to the password reset service which is for PCA students only. Any problems using this should be reported to the IT Helpdesk on 449.
Staff needing to change their password should contact the IT Helpdesk to have that done for them.
Step 1 of 3: You need to request a confirmation code to be texted and emailed to the mobile phone & personal email we have on record for you - just enter your Firstname, Surname & Date of Birth and click on Proceed then follow the prompts.
